This price list cancels and replaces all previous price lists and prices can be modified at any time. VAT is not included in prices
quoted. Goods are rendered ex-works and travel at buyer’s risk even if shipped in free post. Standard packaging included.
Customers are requested to pass orders in written form indicating product code, item and quantity. Customers are also requested
to check our order confirmations and notify us immediately of any omission or mistake and return them signed
for approval. After 8 days from order confirmation date, if DEA System receives no written communication from the customer,
the order is actually confirmed. DEA System confirms that will actively seek to ship within the estimated date of delivery
indicate in each proforma invoice. Products regularly ordered will not be replaced or taken back.
Customers are pledged to pay all invoices within payment deadline; customers will agree upon any extension of payment with
DEA System management and receive written confirmation thereof.
Processing of current orders will be suspended for any delay of payment or non-settlement of invoices.
Customers shall not delay payment of invoices because of malfunctions, anomalies or any damage due to products, and/or any
delay in shipment.
All operators are covered by a 24-month warranty from installation date according to European directives protecting consumers’
rights (European Directive 1999/44/CE), and anyway the warranty period shall not exceed 27 months from the production
date printed on each operator label. All products returned without labels indicating code and production date shall not
be covered by warranty.
The warranty period covers all manufacturing defects, malfunctions or failures due to manifestly faulted materials.
Photocells and remote controls undergo more wear and tear than other products and are therefore covered by a 24-month
“proper working warranty” from the manufacturing date printed on the label pasted to each product. The warranty period
does not apply to photocells and remote controls that after being installed were found immediately working.
Warranty does not cover:
Any breakdown or damage resulting from inappropriate use, unsuitable fitting, tampering or bad weather.
NORMS REGULATING SHIPMENT OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Products returned without DEA System written permission will not be accepted. Returned goods shall come with DEA System
feedback on returned goods form properly filled in with item code, production date and a short description of each product
Transport costs of returned products must be at customer’s charge. Unauthorized returns of products will be remitted to sender.

Returned products will be replaced or repaired at manufacturer discretion.
DEA System will not accept products returned for repair unless the above regulations are duly complied with.
Any complaint on products delivered must be notified to DEA System within 8 days from receipt of goods. No complaints will
be accepted after 8 days from receipt of goods.
DEA System rejects all responsibily for any direct or indirect damage to people, animal or objects resulting from inobservance
of all prescriptions included in the instructions manual, and more specifically all warnings concerning fitting, use and safety.
All disputes connected to the above indicated General Terms of Sales and/or to any order of material, shall be referred to the
jurisdiction of the Italian Courts, and shall be heard, exclusively, by the competent Court of the District of Vicenza, Italy.
